Why radiofrequency needling?

Fractional radiofrequency microneedling is an innovative method for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening. Very good results can be achieved, particularly for wrinkles and sagging skin on the face, neck and décolleté. The treatment is also excellent for stretch marks and acne scars.

Similar to microneedling, tiny micro-injuries are inflicted on the dermis to stimulate the body's own repair mechanism and produce new collagen and elastin. In addition, the high-intensity focused radio frequency current at the needle tips achieves high temperatures. This leads to a contraction of the tissue fibers and thus to a tightening of the skin. However, the epidermis is completely spared.

A major advantage of this treatment is the short downtime, which only lasts 1-2 days depending on the intensity of the treatment.

Treatment procedure

An immediate effect occurs with very high treatment intensity. For an optimal effect, we recommend approx. 3 sessions at intervals of 4 weeks. Results are usually visible after 1-3 months.

Depending on the intensity, there may be mild to moderate pain, which can be tolerated by applying an anesthetic cream.

This is a minimally invasive procedure. Immediately after the treatment, there may be slight redness and swelling, which can last for 1-2 days depending on the intensity of the treatment. After one week the skin is completely regenerated.
