Why Photofabulous™?

Photofabulous™ combines Lumenis Stellar M22™ IPL Photofacial and ResurFX™ technologies in a single session to simultaneously treat skin pigmentation, signs of aging and skin texture.

While Lumenis Stellar M22™ removes unwanted skin pigmentation and fine skin vessels, the fractionated ResurFX™ laser stimulates the production of collagen and elastin fibers in depth.

The result is an even complexion with younger, firmer and more radiant skin.

UV radiation causes cumulative damage to the skin over the years: uneven pigmentation and age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, unwanted redness and dilated small blood vessels are among the signs of ageing caused by the sun. Chronic skin conditions such as rosacea also produce unwanted redness and visible blood vessels (couperose) over the years.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-invasive pulsed light therapy that has been used for decades to improve the appearance of the skin and rejuvenate it. Our Lumenis Stellar M22™ Photofacial is a latest generation IPL device that effectively combats these changes with great safety and versatility. Its Sapphire Cool Light technology cools the area during treatment to ensure maximum comfort even without anesthesia.

The results are already visible after the first treatment: the skin is revitalized, radiant and the complexion appears more even.

Lumenis Stellar M22™ can be used on skin phototypes I-IV, but not on darker skin (V-VI, dark Asian skin or black skin). In addition, sun and UV radiation as well as self-tanning should be avoided for 2 to 3 weeks before the IPL treatment and up to 4 to 6 weeks afterwards.

After treatment, crusts may form which fall off after 4 to 6 days. Depending on the case, several sessions may be necessary.
